Who We Are
I am H.H. is a foundation that was created by patients for patients, to ensure that the resources and support needed can be found.
The founders of I am H.H. understand the frustrations of navigating this complex and rare condition and want to make sure the journey through this process is more easily understood.
We are patients ourselves who have sometimes gone and suffered through the struggle alone, and in doing so, strive to build a beacon of hope and understanding for current and future patients. H.H. and K.S. are isolating enough, no one person should have to navigate it alone.
